S'More Pie

Ingredients

• 1 package fudge brownie mix
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup whole almonds, chopped
• 2 (9-inch) shortbread crust (Keebler ready crusts)
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs; stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Stir in the 3 cups marshmallows and almonds.

2. Divids batter between the two crusts, filling each 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Divide the remaining miniature marshmallows between pies, sprinkling evenly over tops of pies. Bake for 5 minutes more or just until set in center. Cool completely on wire racks.
