Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 TBL veggie oil
- 2 C chopped onion
- 3 TBL cornstarch
- 1/4 C cold water
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1/4 C teriyake sauce
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp grd genger
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
in lg. skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil over med high heat for 10 min or until juices run clear
remove chicken & set aside
in same skillet, stir-fry broccoli, carrots & onion for 5-8 min or until tender
combine cornstarch & water until smooth/ add remaining ingred.
stir into skillet
bring to boil
cook & stir for 2 min or until thickened
return chicken to skillet & heat through
