Ingredients
- Pancakes:
- 4 cups flour
- 8 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- Cinnamon Filling:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- Powder Sugar Glaze:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix pancake batter, set aside. In another bowl, mix filling ingredients and place in a quart size baggie. Snip off corner for piping.
Prepare glaze and set aside.
When griddle is hot, pour pancake batter onto griddle. Just before pancake bubbles up and is ready to flip, pipe cinnamon filling in circles around pancake. Flip over and cook until done.
Place hot pancakes on plates and drizzle with glaze.
