Lazy Cake Mix Cookie Bars

They were so easy to make (he actually did the majority of the work) and everything needed was sitting nicely in my kitchen. Which, just means you have to make them. It's a rule somewhere, I think.

Ingredients

• 1 box, yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 5 TBSP butter, melted
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Cooking time 25mins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, eggs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 or until lightly brown and cook through.

Makes: 12-18 bars, depending how you cut them
