  • 1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 Tbs. Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt



Step 1

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks, keeping egg whites intact. Mash together egg yolks, mayonnaise, and next 4 ingredients until smooth using a fork. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
