Ingredients
- ◦1 pound wild king salmon fillet, skin on
- ◦1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ◦2 tablespoons macerated in food processor pistachios
- ◦lemon wedges, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1.Pre heat oven to broil
2.Debone salmon
3.Place oil in glass or ceramic baking dish
4.Place salmon in dish, skin side down
5.Press pistachios onto flesh of salmon
6.Broil 15 - 20 minutes
7.Remove from oven
8.Serve on a bed of your favorite greens, with lemon as garnish
