Ingredients

  • ◦1 pound wild king salmon fillet, skin on

  • ◦1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • ◦2 tablespoons macerated in food processor pistachios

  • ◦lemon wedges, for garnish

Directions

1.Pre heat oven to broil 2.Debone salmon 3.Place oil in glass or ceramic baking dish 4.Place salmon in dish, skin side down 5.Press pistachios onto flesh of salmon 6.Broil 15 - 20 minutes 7.Remove from oven 8.Serve on a bed of your favorite greens, with lemon as garnish
