Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 30 Hershey's Kisses

Preparation
Step 1
Let egg whites come to room temperature. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray with Pam. Dust with flour.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, vanill and salt until stiff. Add sugar slowly. Sprinkle in flour.
Drop little mounds on cookie sheet. Place a kiss in the center of each mound. Push candy down--not all the way. Drop another little mound of meringue on top of candy to cover.
Bake at 275 degrees for 40 minutes or until meringue is slightly golden and dry to touch.
Cool on cookie sheet. Store in air tight container. Not refrigerator.
