Ingredients
- YIELD 1-1/4 CUPS
- You will want to eat this on everything except your breakfast cereal.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon brown-rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 teaspoon Japanese sansho pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
COOKS NOTE:
Dressing can be made 3 days ahead and chilled.
