Ingredients

  • YIELD 1-1/4 CUPS
  • You will want to eat this on everything except your breakfast cereal.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon brown-rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Japanese sansho pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
