Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 5 eggs well beaten
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 t salt
- 2 4oz cans mild green chilis
- 1 Cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb grated Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/4 Cup grated sharp cheese

Step 1
Melt butter in 9 x 13" pan
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl
After greasing pan well, pour butter in with rest of ingredients. Mix well and por into pan
Bake 15" at 400, turn down to 350 and continue baking 35-40 minutes.
Cut in squares. Serve hot or cold
