- 40 saltine crackers
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, approximately
- 12 ounces, semi-sweet or dark melting chocolate

Step 1
Line baking tray or sheet with wax paper and create space in refrigerator for a short time.
Melt chocolate according to packaging directions.
Make peanut butter cracker sandwiches by spreading peanut butter over a saltine and topping with another.
Dip peanut butter cracker sandwiches into melted chocolate using a fork and let excess chocolate drip off. Carefully slide onto waxed paper lined baking sheet.
When all crackers are dipped, place try in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. Serve right away or store covered in refrigerator.
