Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Whisk flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg and oil, then stir into flour mixture.
Drop scoops of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 475 F until golden, 10-12 minutes.
Split shortcakes and fill with whipped cream and berries.
