Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb chopped semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed candy canes

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer cream and butter; stir until smooth.
Pour over chocolate; stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Chill for 1 hour.
Roll into small balls. Coat with crushed candy canes.
