Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 tea. vanilla
  • STREUSEL
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup (2/3 stick) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash sweet potatoes in bowl, add evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla, and mix well.

Pour into a sprayed 7x11 baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients in bowl and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake for 35 minutes or until crusty on top.
