Peanut Chocolate Bark

Here's a chocolate bark recipe that's great you're in a rush—and even when you're not!

Ingredients

• 12 oz finely chopped milk chocolate
• 1 tbsp melted shortening
• 4 oz chopped semisweet chocolate
• 1/3 cup raisins
• 2/3 cup salted roasted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt milk chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally. Add melted shortening and semisweet chocolate.

Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with raisins and peanuts. After chocolate hardens, break into pieces.
