Easy Skillet Cabbage

This is a great accompaniment to Kielbasa, smoked sausage, or other German meals.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 TSP seasoned salt
- 1 medium head of cabbage, coarsley shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 TBSP vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
- 1 TBSP granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt the butter.
2. Add seasoned salt, cabbage, and onion. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. In a small bowl, blend vinegar and sugar and add to cabbage, stirring gently to blend. Cook 5 minutes longer and serve immediately.
