Ingredients
- 8 oz part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
- 1/4-1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan and seasonings together. Place about 3-4 Tbl in muffin tins. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella. Bake in 400 oven for about 15-20 mins until tops are browned. Makes 5-6
