Peachy Bourbon Chicken (Blue Jean Chef)

Ingredients

  • 6 8 oz boneless & skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup mild barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 21-oz can peach pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in your 13x9'' Temp-tations® baker.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the bourbon, barbecue sauce, and honey. Stir in pie filling. Pour over chicken, being sure to cover completely.
Bake for one hour. Turn oven to broil. Broil on high for 10 minutes or until peaches are golden. Serves 6.
