Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup white onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 15 oz container of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet brown beef and onion add garlic and cook for one minute and drain
add spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for five minutes
mix ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzerella, 2 tbsp parmesean, egg, and sparsely
pour 1 cup of spaghetti meat sauce into 4 to 6 quart slow cooker. place half the noodles and half the ricotta mixture on top of sauce, cover with 2 cups of meat sauce, top with remaining noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce
cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until noodles are soft , sprinkle with 1/2 cup of mozzerella and remaining parmesan cover with lid to melt the cheese and let sit for 10 minutes before serving
