Ingredients
- Hanger steak or flank steak scored on one side.
- Ancho chile powder
- New Mexico chile powder
- Balsamic vinegar
- Soy oil or olive oil
- Honey

Preparation
Step 1
Mix into a paste
Rub into steaks, then wrap in plastic wrap, then freeze
overnight.
Cook score side down in pan with a little oil, then flip.
To the pan, add some chimichurri with some fire roasted
tomatos and chicken stock, cook down then plate steak on top
of some fresh spinach and cover with sauce.
