Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten free flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbs sugar, divided
- 1 tbs yeast
- 1 1/4 cup warm water (divided)
- 1 tbs olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine yeast with 3/4 cup water. Let set for 5 minutes to activate. Sprinkle with 1 tbs sugar. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and remaining 2 tbs sugar. Whisk until well combined. Make a welling the dry mixture and add yeast mixture. Add olive oil and remaining 1/2 cup water. Lightly coat pizza pans. Bale 25 minutes - check possibly cut another 15 minutes
