Apple Brownies

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1/2 C butter
• 2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 C chopped apples
• 2 C flour
• 2 t salt
• 2 t soda
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 C nuts
• 1/2 C butter
• 1/2 C cream
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 1 t vanilla (added after boiling)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sauce:
Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Add 1 t. vanilla
