Ingredients
- 4 striped bass portions - (6 to 7 oz ea)
- 4 cups Summer Orzo Salsa (see recipe)
- 4 scallions grilled
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Grill striped bass until done. Place salsa in the center of the plate and place the bass over the Summer Orzo Salsa. Garnish with grilled scallion, truffle oil, and chives.
