Grilled Striped Bass With Summer Orzo Salsa

  • 4 striped bass portions - (6 to 7 oz ea)
  • 4 cups Summer Orzo Salsa (see recipe)
  • 4 scallions grilled
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
  • Chopped fresh chives for garnish

Step 1

Grill striped bass until done. Place salsa in the center of the plate and place the bass over the Summer Orzo Salsa. Garnish with grilled scallion, truffle oil, and chives.
