Ingredients
- Salad:
- Lettuce
- Red leaf Lettuce
- 8 oz. Swiss Cheese, grated
- Red Grapes, split
- Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 C. Slivered Almonds (for sugared almonds stir over .....heat with 1/2 C. sugar until melted & coated)
- Mandarin Oranges
- Cooked Chicken, opt.
- Dressing:
- (stir til smooth)
- 1 C. Sugar
- 2 t. dry Mustard
- 2 t. Salt
- (add)
- 2/3 C. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 T. Onion, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender slowly add:
1 1/2 C. Oil
1 drop Red food Coloring
by hand, stir in:
1 t. Poppy Seeds
(or you can use Brianne's Poppy Seed Dressing)
Serve Salad with toasted bagel, fruit & jello
