Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- l onion, diced
- l lg. carrot, julienned
- 3 stalked celery chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
- l can red kidney beans (with liquid)
- l can great northern beans (with liquid)
- 46 oz. tomato juice
- 1 TB white vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 t. basil
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. thyme
- 1/2 pkg. ditali pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. . .saute for 10 min. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, simmer for 1 hr.
Cook pasta. Add pasta and simmer for 10 min.
