Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (pounded flat)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Pound out each chicken breast. Place in center one slice of ham & one slice of swiss cheese. Roll (as best you can or just fold in half) and secure with 2 wooden toothpicks. I like to brown the chicken rolls in a frying pan evenly on all sides. Mix chicken soup with milk. Pour half in bottom of crockpot. Place chicken rolls into crockpot. Then pour remaining soup mixture over top. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours. We enjoy with mashed potatoes or rice.
