Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (32oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 lb bacon (cooked, drained and cut into pieces)
  • 1 lb sausage (browned and drained)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4-1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 t dry mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Layer potatoes, bacon, sausage, onions in 2-3 layers. Add cheese. Beat the eggs, milk spices and pour over the whole mixture. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or until eggs are set and thoroughly cooked. Put it in before you go to bed at night and it's ready to go in the morning.
