Balsamic Pork Stir-Fry 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 pound lean pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bunch watercress leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over a high heat; add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute or until golden. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until brown. Add bell peppers, orange juice and vinegar; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Divide watercress evenly among serving plates and top with pork mixture. Serve immediately.
