- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup black coffee
- 3-4 cups of fine cut rhubarb (about size of little fingernail)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 small package chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together sugar, margarine, black coffee and rhubarb. Add 2 large eggs.
Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with creamed ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
Combine sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.
Bake 350 for 45- 55 mins.
