Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • CAKES:
  • 1 - 250 gr cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/4 cup SKOR bits

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:

Mix ingredients. Put in bottom of paper lined mini muffin cups. Put 2 tsp in each liner and pat down

CAKES:

Beat cream cheese with sugar. Reduce speed to low and add eggs, one at a time. Add cream, vanilla and flour and mix till smooth.

Fill each cup (24) with 1 tbsp. filling.

Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 and bake till set - another 10 minutes. Let cool completely.

Drizzle with melted chocolate and chopped SKOR bits.

Refrigerate.
