Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tb. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 40 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tb. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tb. vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Step 1

Spray chilled 9" springform pan with cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Press into prepared pan. Cream sugar, cream cheese and flour in mixer bowl til light and fluffy. Add eggs, egg yolks, milk and vanilla; bet well. Pour over graham cracker mixture. Bake at 475 degrees for 13 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven. Let cheesecake stand in closed oven overnight or until cooled completely. Chill until serving time. Top with pie filling.
