Ingredients
- 2 c. cauliflower florets
- 4 celery ribs, diced
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Steam cauliflower, celery and carrots for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Cook soup and milk for 5 minutes in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese until melted. Add steamed vegetables, salt and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika.
