Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 1 Tb. olive oil
- 2/3 c. thinly sliced shallots
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 oz. finely chopped pancetta
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vermouth

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange Brussels sprouts on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with oil; toss with coat. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add shallots, pepper, salt, and pancetta to pan; toss well. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until caramelized.
