Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup stevia granules (cup-for-cup variety) or 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs plus one egg white
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Stir together almond butter, sugar, egg, baking soda and salt until well blended.
Mix in chocolate morsels.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transfer to wire rack, where the cookies should cool for 15 minutes.
