Ingredients
- 2 c diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 c or more Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 c mayo
- 2 T chopped onion (optional)
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/4 c crumbed blue cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven 375
2. Toss chicken with hot sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients except blue cheese. Turn into 1.5 qt shallow casserole dish and top with blue cheese crumbles.
3. Bake uncovered 20 min or until bubbling. Serve with celery sticks or your favorite dippers.
