Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 # ground beef
• 1/2 C chopped onion
• 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
• 3 C Bisquick
• 3/4 C cold water
• sour cream
• shredded lettuce
• chopped tomato
• sliced ripe olives

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 8 " baking pan. Brown g. beef and onions, breaking beef up and stirring frequently. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Mix baking mix and water until a dough forms; divide into 2 equal portions. Pat half of hte dough into the baking dish. Spread beef mixture over dough in pan. Spread reamining dough over the beed mixtue. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve garnished with sour cream, lettuce, tomato and ripe olives.
