  • 3 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 3 14 oz. cans water
  • 2 T. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 8 T. sugar
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. onion salt
  • 1 lg. whole onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery
