SAUTEED CHICKEN WITH EASY MUSHROOM SAUCE 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp veg oil
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 3 cups thickly sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle paprika on chicken. In large pan cook over medium heat till browned on all sides. Add onion and mushrooms and continue to cook for about 10 minutes till onions are cooked and liquid is dissolved off mushrooms. Whish flour into cold milk till well mixed. Pour into pan and cook, stirring till thick. Continue to cook about 15 minutes longer till chicken is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
