Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large can of evaporated milk

Step 1

Put all ingredients (nuts, coconut, etc.) except sugar and milk into a large pan. Put sugar and milk in large pan - -boil hard for 6 min. (time from moment it starts to boil) stirring constantly - remove from stove and pour over the other ingredients. Stir until think. Pour into a greased pan and let stand for 5 or 6 hours. Then cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds - DO NOT REFRIGERATE
