Step 1
BRING CREAM TO A SIMMER IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN. ADD CHOCOLATE; WHISK UNTIL MELTED. REMOVE FROM HEAT. POUR FONDUE INTO A BOWL; PLACE BOWL ON A PLATTER WITH DIPPERS AROUND THE SAUCE.
