Ingredients

  • Filet mignon
  • 1/4 lb. of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut beef in cubes.
2. Saute mushrooms 3 minutes.
3. Cook beef 4 minutes.
4. Heat butter and add meat and mushrooms. Add shallots and cook an extra minutes.
5. Add vinegar and stir.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
