Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 red onion minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon estragon
- 1 laurier
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 12 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Keep the eggs at room temperature.
2. Bring water to boil, take off and add eggs.
3. Put back on stove and cook 14-15 minutes over medium heat.
4. Drain and rinse over cold water for 20 minutes.
5. Peel eggs and place in a glass pot and keep in fridge.
6. Put remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and cover.
7. Cook for 15 minutes and pour over the eggs. Cool.
