Ingredients
- 20 - 24 peeled asperagus
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- 4 oranges in segments
- Orange zest from 1 orange
- little bit of balsamic vinager

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to/450°F.
On an oiled pan arrange asperagus and sprinkle with olive oil.
SalT them.
Gril for a few minutes and shake the pan.
Organize the asperagus and garnish with the orange segments.
Mix the zest, the orange juice, the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste.
Serve on the salad of your choice.
