Ingredients

  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teas Salt
  • 1/2 teas Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 teas Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbls Fesh Parsley, minced
  • Salad Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Cubed Cooked Chicken (about 3 whole breasts)
  • 2 cups Green Grape Halves
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 2 cups, packed Torn Spinach
  • 7 oz Corkscrew Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 6 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
  • Orange Slices, optional

Step 1

Directions for Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, cover, and refrigerate.

Directions for Salad:
In a large bowl, mix all of the salad ingredients, except the orange slices. Cover and refrigerate.

Just before serving,pour dressing over salad and toss. Garnish with orange slices.
