Ingredients
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teas Salt
- 1/2 teas Dried Minced Onion
- 1 teas Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbls Fesh Parsley, minced
- Salad Ingredients:
- 5 cups Cubed Cooked Chicken (about 3 whole breasts)
- 2 cups Green Grape Halves
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 2 cups, packed Torn Spinach
- 7 oz Corkscrew Pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 6 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- Orange Slices, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Directions for Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, cover, and refrigerate.
Directions for Salad:
In a large bowl, mix all of the salad ingredients, except the orange slices. Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving,pour dressing over salad and toss. Garnish with orange slices.
