Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops, trimmed of excess fat, bones removed
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 4-5 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Sprinkle both sides of chops with 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside. Slice potatoes and put them in the crock pot. Add the green pepper and chopped onion. Toss evenly to distribute. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp salt over potatoes and vegetables. Lay pork chops on top of potatoes. In separate container combine sour with water and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to mix well and evenly pour over chops. Cover with lid and cook on high for 7-9 hours.
