Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large vadalia onion chopped
- 4 large cloves of garlic minced
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons worchester sauce
- 1 1/2 packages Williams Chili seasoning
- 1 28 (ounce) can crushed tomatoes)
- 1 (28) ounce can whole tomatoes chopped
- 1 (28ounce) can water or more if needed
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup (Heinz)

Preparation
Step 1
Pour olive oil in pan and heat. Saute chopped onion in olive oil until transparent. Add garlic and stir one minute. Add green pepper, Stir and heat 2 minutes or until crisp tender. Place ground beef and pork in pan and stir until just browned. Put ground beef mixture into strainer and drain off grease. Place mixture back into skillet and add garlic, powder, garlic salt, pepper, and worchester sauce.
Add 1 1/2 packages Williams Chili seasoning mix into beef mixture.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes. Then
add the tomatoes. Add about one (28 ounce can of water or as much as needed.
Bring to boil. Then turn to simmer and simmer for about an hour
