Ingredients
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 pounds large (31-35 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.
Whisk together all ingredients except for shrimp until combined.
