Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crisco
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup molasses
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp of cloves
- 2 tsps of ginger
- 2 tsps of cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together crisco and sugar
Add 2 eggs and mix in
Mix in molasses
In another bowl mix all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients half at a time.
Form into snall balls (toonie size). Dip top in white sugar and put on baking sheet. They spread 1 inch apart.
Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes.
